Top of the Line Residential Care & Development, Inc. is an assisted living facility for mentally ill individuals licensed by the state of Georgia. We are guided by rules and regulations determined by the Department of Human Resources. According to DHR, Office of Regulatory Services, we are rated a five (5) star facility. www.ors.dhr.georgia.gov/pchqrs
Residents are referred to our facility by Department of Family and Children Services, hospital social services, state courts and families. Top of the Line offers individualized services with therapeutic care.
We monitor their whereabouts 24-hours a day. Close supervision is provided until they have successfully completed the requirements and training for independent living.
